At Cadence Psychology, we believe in providing clear and transparent information about our fees. Our goal is to make it easy for you to understand the costs involved so you can focus on your well-being.
All fees listed below apply to both our in-person and telehealth consultations.

The Australian Psychological Society’s recommended fee for a standard 50 minute psychologist consultation is currently $318.
Medicare Rebates
You can receive a significant rebate on your sessions through Medicare.
To be eligible, you must first obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. This plan allows you to claim a rebate of between $101.55 to $149.05 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year depending on the psychologist you choose to see.
Private Health Insurance
If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible to claim a rebate for your sessions. Please note that you cannot claim both a Medicare rebate and a private health insurance rebate for the same session. We advise you to check with your private health insurance provider to understand your specific coverage
