Bespoke Psychological Services
Therapy options tailored specifically to your needs so you can reach your lightbulb moment.
Find The Right Psychological Service for You
Cookie cutter therapy doesn’t help anyone. Our psychological services aim to get to the root of whatever has you stuck and find a solution specific to your needs.
One-on-one therapy is all about making change. When you’re feeling that things are quite where you want them to be in life, sitting down with one of our Psychologists can provide a safe way to work out the path forward.
If you’ve been injured on the job you may be eligible to receive fully subsidised psychology sessions under the NSW Workers Compensation plan. Cadence Psychology is a registered provider of Workers Compensation therapy in NSW.
Whether you’re in outback NSW or just up the road in Sydney, we believe that everyone should have access to quality psychological services. We provide telehealth services for clients that don’t have a Psychologist in their area, or who just really want to work with us.
Our Therapy Session Fees
No need to ring us just to find out our rates. We charge $210 per 50 minute session between 9am-4pm, and $230 for sessions outside these times. The Australian Psychological Society’s recommended fee for a standard 50 minute psychologist consultation is currently $254.
Cadence Psychology provides you with the HICAPS billing system which allows you to pay for your session and then receive your Medicare and Private Health Cover rebates immediately.
Medicare and EFTPOS cards are required in order to process rebates.
Get Some Money Back With Medicare & Private Health Funds
With a Mental Health Care Plan from your Doctor, you may be eligible to get as much as $128.40 back per session for up to 10 sessions each year.
Of course you’re always welcome to come see us without a referral from your Doctor.
You can also get money back by using your private health insurance to help pay for psychology sessions. Be sure to call your Health Fund before your session to determine whether you are covered for psychology sessions under your current policy.
